This two-day education program was specifically designed for professionals in all areas of business seeking to learn more about this emerging field.
On day 1, the Enterprise Engagement Alliance launched Phase 1 of its new Curriculum and Certification program to provide management with a research-based framework for the implementation of an enterprise-wide Engagement strategy. This program was specifically designed for practitioners responsible for implementing Engagement.
On day 2, the EEA focused on helping suppliers of Engagement products and services find their place in this emerging field. This program was specifically designed for companies that provide rewards and recognition; training; assessments and surveys; leadership and coaching; communications; technology; human capital management; and other key disciplines.

Plenary Session: Enterprise Engagement in Action
Enterprise engagement has arrived. More and more companies of all sizes are embracing an enterprise approach to engagement to achieve financial and other critical business goals. The program kicks off with cases studies from two very different types of companies: a major supplier of natural gas to consumers and a leading casino chain. Barbara Porter will share her organization’s efforts to align customer and employee marketing and engagement using tools provided by engagement leader Allegiance Inc. Jim White and Julia Carcamo will outline Isle of Capri’s “See. Say. Smile” campaign that engages employees in a compelling way to systematically delight casino customers.
